*** 3 meals a day except no dinner Sunday. Meals are one hour starting at 8:00, 12:30 and 6:00. If you will skip breakfast (this is for day attendees only) (and we tell IONS 7 days in advance) deduct $15 each breakfast. Overnight: if you will arrive too late for dinner your first night, deduct $30.
